Specialty Troupes

NOT ALL OF THE STUDENTS WILL MAKE A SPECIALTY TROUPE. SOMETIMES THEY WILL BE THE ONLY ONE IN THEIR CLASS WHO DOESNT MAKE IT! PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS AND CHOOSE WISELY! WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DECISIONS YOU MAKE. IF YOU NEED GUIDANCE, WE CAN HELP YOU 

BEFORE THE TRY OUTS! AFTER THE TRY-OUT, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE!

 

 

CHARGES

All Specialty Troupe Students who are unlimited, will be charged a one time $250 charge (if you are in more than 1 specialty troupe, the charge for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc is $165). If you are NOT unlimited, you get charged a per hour tuition and do not get charged a one time fee. Please choose the Specialty Troupes you try-out for very carefully! Costume can be up to $275 and will be charged in 2-3 installments.

If your specialty Troupe has an Outside Choreographer, it is an additional $150 per dance per student  – maximum 5 dances – Anything over 5 dances is FREE!! (This is for all dances, not only specialty troupes.)

**IMPORTANT INFO

 – All Specialty Troupes May have a Prop Fee that will be split evenly between the entire class. Even if you do not touch the prop but it is being used in your dance, the fee will still be split evenly.  All Specialty Troupe Costumes will be split evenly between the class. Some children may get more of a costume than others. Some may need more than one costume and others may just get one. Regardless of all of this, costume charges will be split evenly to benefit the dance.

Beginner Pointe – Hunter (6th graders) and Up – Miss Tracy decides who is allowed to do it – Tuesdays 5:45-6:30pm

Please email us if you are interested.  – This class is for students who are New to Pointe! Begins Tuesday, September 12th

Intermediate Pointe – By Invite Only – Tuesdays 6:30-7:15pm

Please email us if you are interested. – This class is for students who completed Beginner Pointe! Begins Tuesday, September 12th

Advanced Pointe – By Invite Only – Tuesdays 7:15 – 8pm Please email us if you are interested. – This class is for students who completed Intermediate Pointe AND are recommended for Advanced! Begins Tuesday, September 12th

POM

Middle School and High School Pom Squad

Teams will be offered Pom Squad and all can participate if you are in Middle School (7th/8th) graders or High School (9th grd & up)!

All Specialty Troupe Charges apply to the Pom Squad!

This will be a 12 -14 week program starting November/December Time and Dates to be listed!

1. Tap Troupe Tryouts – 2 Thursdays - September 21st and 28th 8:15-9:15pm (2 days) and Regular class will begin on Thursday October 5th 8:15pm. (For Onyx and Up) More info on times coming soon! 

2. Junior Acro Troupe Tryouts – 2 Tuesdays October 3rd and 10th 6:30-7:30pm (2 days) and class will begin on Tuesday Oct 17th Time To be Announced. (For New Mini thru Onyx) More info on skills needed and times coming soon! 

3. Senior Acro Troupe Tryouts – 2 Tuesdays October 3rd and 10th 7:30-8:30pm (2 days) and class will begin on Tuesday Oct 17th Time To be Announced. (For Hunter & Up) More info on skills needed and times coming soon! 

4. Hip Hop Troupe Tryouts - 2 Fridays October 13th and October 20th 3:45-4:30pm and Regular class will begin on Friday Oct 27th - 3:45pm (For New Broadway Kids and Up)

5. Jr. Jazz Troupe Tryouts – in October! Dates to be told (Onyx, Hunter, 8th grade & below Ruby)

6. Senior Jazz Troupe - By Invite Only (High School)
