Weekends before competition are Mandatory and the Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday prior to the WEEK of competition is a Mandatory Dress Rehearsal-
ex. - if a competition is on the weekend, the dress rehearsals are not the Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday of that week, they are the Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday Prior to that week. EXCEPTION IS POSSIBLY THE MARCH 2-4TH COMP AND DEFINITELY THE APRIL 13TH-15TH COMP BC OF SPRING BREAK!
DRESS REHEARSAL REQUIRES PERFECT HAIR, MAKE-UP AND COSTUME!
You must stay for awards at all competitions and for Dance Challenges unless otherwise discussed with Paige or Shari!

SOLOISTS- Some soloists Ruby and Up will be repeating their old solo as well as their new solos this year--- Please note- there will be an additional $300 in comp fees to repeat a solo. There may also be costume correction charges BUT all of the rehearsals are on us! :)
All competition schedules are given to us 7 to 10 days prior to each competition!
Adrenaline Dance- HYATT REGENCY March 2- 4th New Brunswick, NJ - Competition and Outside Convention--- This competition is only for soloists and small groups that are ready to go. Costume must be ready or at least a back up costume and then if the teacher thinks the students is ready to go, then the student and parent decide if they would like to go. This is an optional competition! Last year, the soloists who did participate, thought it was a wonderful jump start to the competition season. Since this competition is optional- the competition fees are not included in your solo cost. If you go to this competition, we will charge you accordingly!

Power of Dance- March 16 - 18th - Sussex County Vo Tech - Sparta, NJ - Hotel to follow - Our second competition of the season is normally for Jade, Hunter, Amethyst, Ruby, Navy, Maroon, Midnight, Summer Company, Senior Jazz Troupe (If ready), Junior Jazz Troupe (if ready), Senior Acro Troupe (if ready), Junior Acro Troupe (if ready), Tap Troupe (if ready), Lyrical Troupe (if ready), Junior Hip Hop Troupe (if ready), Senior Hip Hop Troupe (if ready) and all soloists and small groups that are READY! The Power of Dance is a charity competition and it seems like an awesome idea. We may ask Mini troupe, Broadway Kids, Pink, and Onyx to compete with one dance at this competition if they are ready. Please keep this weekend open! It sounds like a great way to use our TALENT!!!!!

IDC - April 13 - 15th THE STRAND IN LAKEWOOD, NJ - -We are so excited to be back with IDC this year. UNFORTUNATELY, THE VENUE CHANGED AND IT IS NOT IN MANAHAWKIN ANYMORE, BUT LAKEWOOD IS CLOSE!!!This competition is for all regular teams with the dances that the teachers feel are ready to go! More info to follow! This competition has a dance challenge so everyone must stay! No exceptions!

Nationals - Criteria to be decided! Dance X-Plosion July 9th - 14th Wildwood, NJ - Wildwood Convention Center - Hotel and/or house rentals to follow - You may not have to be there for 5 days unless you are a competing soloist!
